What a surprise to see, albeit rather belatedly, that on the website of Antena 3 (the TV channel), published a story about the launch of the portal ideas4all, for which I made drawings for a video presentation that illustrates this new! It has made me dream, dear.
Some little illustrations for a didactic brochure and poster published by the City Council of Madrid.
Few weeks ago, I’ve realized the ideas4all categories icons. Here, you can see -and explore- the web.
I seek a Zipi Zape’s long story, from the brilliant cartoonist Escobar. It is «The barrel of time», a comic where the twins traveled in time (in the illustration, the perfect future in which it’s not necessary study because you learn by ingesting a tablet). Anybody there can get it? I promise to reward, at least, with a humble picture:)
Some illustrations for the ideas4all site.
This is a sketch for the cover of an illustrated book project that I am working in and, temporarily, I have entitled it as «Josephine, the phosphorescent whale»
THE END
I’m translating into English, little by little, the old 6dilly4dally’s entries. I’m with a section that has few called «BODEGONES» (still life), which will bring one of them already translated:
«BLACK & WHITE ROOM»
We lived the moments,
as if were the frames
of a photo romance novel,
or a black and white film.
It was all happiness or unhappiness.
Without intermediate shades.
A smokescreen
though he did not like smoking,
only did it to follow the script,
We provide the atmosphere
for melancholy.
Only expected
the inevitable
THE END
Righ now, is working the beta version of an «Internet platform which put in contact people who need money and people who are willing to lend in exchange for an interest rate of a transparent, safe and legal». To them, I made the storyboard and illustrations for an animation (this is work of my friend Josete) that you can see if you in COMUNITAE.
A pair of frames from an animation done for «Control de Publicidad» a magazine about the world of advertisement. Based on Hans Christian Andersen tale «The Emperor’s new clothes«, uses this story as a metaphor for the current gap between advertisers and advertising agencies to come from the feeling of the first of which there is little capacity for self-criticism in the second. As it is prepared, I’ll put the complete movie in 6dilly4dally blog.
