Back from Barcelona, a city I have traveled in the AVE for the first time, and still amazed by the speed of this train. Some time ago, I published an entry in 6dilly4dally on a story about the illegal African migrants attempting to reach the Spanish coast in cayuco. Was broadcast on RTVE and not if it is spare. But I’ve found on the website of this channel a small extract from Dominique Mollard’s documentary, who traveled with these people willing to gamble their lives for a better life away from home. Seems that these boats are driven rather than fuel oil, by desperate souls.
