I will never fly, but this Leonardo’s drawings are so beautiful that make me dream (and commit the sin of put my own little drawing beside them).
Now that it has been shown that in Spain the «Beckham Law» (which allows foreigners or Spanish who have not resided in Spain for the past 10 years, pay to the tax by 24% of their salary in income tax instead of 43%, which would correspond with such high payroll paid by the Spanish and the same rank) whose aim was to attract scientific and business talent from other countries and are finally football stars who have saved more money… I wonder if it would have been easier to pay more to the talented Spanish scientists to prevent them from leaving to other countries. Although that only works in developed countries, of course.
